Prof Bashir Doodyal, son of Ali Mohammad Khan Hussain Khel, born in 1340. in Kabul province. He has completed his schooling at Habibeh High School and completed his higher education with a Master's degree (MSc. Hons). and Has successfully completed the university. He has participated in many conferences, workshops and seminars within the country and has read his articles. He is a member of the Writers and Journalists Association of Afghanistan, Kabul University, Nangarhar University, Khorasan University, Ariana University and has taught in different faculties (Agriculture, Foreign Sciences, Public Administration and Policy, Journalism and Economics) at Afghan University in Pakistan.
He has been a scientific member of the Afghanistan Academy of Sciences and Head of the Institute of Education, Vice-Chancellor of the International Academy of Sciences, a trainer at GTZ/PAL, a teacher of the Dadare course at the Administrative Reforms Commission, and a master's and bachelor's teacher at Kabul University, Nangarhar University and Khorasan University
In Nangarhar University, he was a member of the appointment and endowment committee, a member of the scientific promotion and committee, a member of the accreditation committee, a member of the university's accreditation and self-evaluation committee, a member of the university's curriculum committee, a member of the scientific research and studies committee of the Ministry of Higher Education, a member of the broadcasting board and several newspapers. Knowledge, motivation, value, Arian, show and Afghan unity) has fulfilled the responsibilities as a member of the writing team.
In addition to teaching, for some time he was the editor of the publication of Nangarhar University, then the teaching director of the University of Economics, then the vice president of the Faculty of Economics and a member of the academic council of the university.
For two years, he served as the academic assistant of Dariana Private University, for three years as a professor of Khorasan University, and for three years as an advisor of Jamia Al-Uloom al-Islamiyya. He is the administrative and policy supporter of Nangarhar University, the director of the university and the professor of this faculty, as well as a member of the editorial board of Afghanistan Information and Center in Kabul University and a member of the leadership council of the Assembly of Scientists & Experts of Afghanistan (RASEA) and founders. Now he is the scientific assistant of the great dictionary of Afghanistan.
He has received a number of awards during his service. In addition, he has written reviews for a number of academic works and has been the instructor of a number of professors of the Afghanistan Academy of Sciences, the Faculty of Economics, and the Department of Policy and Agriculture Arif has 62 articles, a number of online sites, radio and magazines, and other publications in the country. About 759 articles have been published in Pashto, Dari and English languages.
He has traveled to many countries such as Iran, India, Germany, Pakistan, Spain, Hungary, Switzerland, Austria, France and Turkey as a guest professor in fellowship programs, scientific conferences and seminars. He was also a member of the Economic and Poverty Alleviation Commission of the Afghan Unity Council and a member of the Board of Trustees of Afghanistan National Water and Environmental Studies Center (ANWERSA). Now he is a member of Afghanistan Society of History and Humanities.
